  • It's all part of the challenge ;)

I have been thinking about setting up a site that lists them all but then they'll probably just come alone and make an official one as soon as I've finished it!

Same issue with Starbucks. Have contacted AMEX support and they have asked me to contact them again if credit does not appear within 7 business days.

I contact Amex CS and my issue was that my latest card wasn't synced. They still credited £5.00 and told me to sync my new card.

You can load offers at any time and the check-in/load lasts until the offer ends. I always check-in and load offers at home on my wifi as soon as they become available. If you don't use them then it doesn't matter but it means you don't have to faff about on 3G when you're trying to shop or worry about what cards you have or haven't loaded etc.

Thanks for your reply, I loaded the Starbucks to my card and got the £5 credit even though I did this 5 days after I'd been. Will load up ready for future Pizza Hut visit now. I take it that it doesn't matter which branch you check into, the one you visit doesn't have to be the same? Sorry for all the questions, hope some new offers appear soon, missed the ones before Christmas. TIA
  • Yes, you have to check in and load at the same branch that you'll make the payment in as far as I know.

I'm not so sure about this.

I was going to buy something from one Argos branch (I'll call it Argos 1) and I checked in and loaded the offer to the card but then decided against it and didn't buy it from there. I then went to another Argos (Argos 2) and when I went to load the offer to the card it said "Offer already loaded". So I assume when you check in at one, it checks you in at all of them.

I think checking in and loading are independent. Checking in is per store and is a prerequisite to loading but you can check in and load offer to card at Starbucks 1 and then redeem the offer at Starbucks 2 - I don't know for sure but that's how I see it

I've received the "Already loaded" message the first time I've ever checked in and loaded somewhere; like the server's received my request twice or something when on 3G.

You may be right but I'd rather not chance it.

I imagine so yes, I have done this many times with offers with Topman, Pizza Express, GAP and Nando's. Still shows up as spend from that particular retailer on your statement.

Yes, but if your goal is weight loss then I wouldn't recommend it :p
