    I was refused access to Tesco once....in fairness the were closing and I'd left it too late to do my shopping but still....grossly unfair of them, can I sue? I think I would be entitled to compensation for my poor time keeping & subsequent mental annoyance which has bothered me ever since and this was about two years ago

    I must admit, while i am having trouble beleiving this, if its true OP, then you should take it further but ONLY if its true. Dont convince yourself its true if you have made it up.

    I'd have called the police myself....

    OP on a serious note why would you require compensation? Did the fall result in unexpected time off of work to recover? Was this time unpaid leave meaning you have a loss of earnings?
