So its been changed sometime in between september 24th and november 12th.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

Hi All,
First posting after years of receiving Martins great deals and advice.
Okay, we have booked a couple of holidays with Haven, after they continued to send me emails with a link to a promotional price, being the last day of the offer I went on line. Great family holidays for 2013 booked at a great price.
Printing out the terms and conditions, reviewing and agreeing to them Icompleted and paid in full.
They have taken payment from my account, now they have sent a new invoice for the balance of the holiday, an additional £600 each.
Whilst I appreciate the deal may have been good it didn't appear ridiculous when holiday prices fluctuate wildly as demand and promotions dictate ie the good ol' Sun Holidays. In the last 2 weeks the Haven holiday has increased by 50%
In the email trail from Haven they have referred to new terms andconditions, not the terms and conditions I saved and printed out on the day ofpurchase, Haven staff have been rude and un co-operative and have sent a letter explaining that trading standards are on their side so if you want the holidayyou must pay additional charges.
Firstly Ihad agreed to their initial terms and conditions, which they changedand then referred to news terms and conditions, saying that these were legally binding and superseded the previous terms and conditions!
Secondly they have requested additional payment for something which has been paid in full and debited from my account. (Distance selling, both parties commit to sale once funds have been collected?)
Thirdly If Haven have the ability to increase holidays blaming it on a glitch how can you have confidence in future on line marketing and pricing?
Haven will now no longer discuss with me, they have advised that specialists are dealing with the 'issue'
Also, another note on the new terms and conditions, all adults who book onthe site MUST appear on the Electoral Roll, so be aware if you have family members for overseas or those not registered on the Roll you could end up being evicted from site!!0
