Really like the idea of it - but there's no minimum payment and I won't (very often) be making additional payments to it - it's really just trying to make cuts and reduce it by not taking money out each month
I love reading about the payments people are making but it's also making me a bit depressed as my total's not changing
So .... thinking I may have to withdraw - or just hover in the background and post a total at the end of the year (but to me, that really defeats the object of a challenge as it's the support you get that spurs you on to succeed :T)
Not sure if there's another challenge that's better suited to clearing an OD (much harder than clearing the c/cards!) so any suggestions welcome!:)
I am going to update monthly, some people do theirs daily/weekly or monthly. The only thing I can suggest is splitting your OD into 12 'slices' and then aim each month to pay a slice off (does that make sense?) I am splitting my debt into 12 so I have mini targets. hope this helps a little.:)8 years of being on a DMP finished 3/3/140 -
