Help needed-Magistrates Court Order

she if defiantly talking BullOK I have an update on this.
After having spoken with the court, the lady seemed very reluctant to accept a statutory declaration and told me if I apply for one I will be sent back to court and my fine is likely to be increased.
I explained that all I am interested in doing to repaying the fine but she didnt seem to want to help and told me I have to deal with the bailiffs.
Where do I go from here?
Any advice appreciated
go to the court and file the statutory declarationI am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites

Thanks
My worry is that the bailiffs will still come round and charge my their extra fees. The court isnt actually anywhere near me so that adds to the problem.
Can I fill up a form and fax or email it over to them?0 -

it will need to be sworn in front of a solicitor and should cost £5. then you can fax it over to the issuing courtI am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites

The solicitor will need to quote the case reference if he is going to fax over the stat dec. If you don't fancy going into a solicitor or can't find one willing to do this quickly for you then you can go to your local magistrates court and swear the declaration there. That court can then send the details through to Hammersmith.hallowitch wrote: »it will need to be sworn in front of a solicitor and should cost £5. then you can fax it over to the issuing court
The longer you leave this the greater the chance that the bailiff will arrive at the door and the costs will just keep ramping up. Don't be fobbed off by Magistrates Court staff over the phone. If you were genuinely unaware of the proceedings at Hammersmith then they cannot prevent you from swearing a declaration. As for saying that she would need to check the archives - that's a load of baloney - stat. dec's are a standard procedure.
Either go to a solicitor or your local Mags Court tomorrow and make sure the details are passed through to Hammersmith ASAP. Don't be tempted to leave this any longer. Be strong and do it in the morning. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
