It makes little sense but appears to come from Marstons Bailiffs.
- Hide the Car in a garage or elsewhere (not just round the corner). NOW.
- Ring up Liverpool HMCTS Customer Service Officer first thing. Seems to be about a Council ticket or Council Tax?
- You could send a private message asking for advice from Herbie who is a bailiff expert (she's not a bailiff!) on here.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Definitely says magistrates fine on the letter, so its either a mistake by Marstons. Somebody has used your name in court, or somehow you have an unpaid magistrates fine.
Last time I say one like this is was for an unpaid TV licence fine!
As C-M says best ring the court and see what its about!0 -
Hi all,
Sorry to bump this old thread but it seems identical to the issue I am having with this people.
Can I ask do these people have right to enter my flat? My flat is privately rented so i assume that means its a private property so they have no right of entry.
I have never received any correspondence from this people before this letter telling me I have 7 days to or they will remove my goods.
How do I go about getting he fine returned to the court itself as like I say no correspondence from this company.
I believe the fin may be for a unpaid tube fine.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Can you also show pic of the letter please, remove personal bits, the other poster did not come back so we don't know what happened. I,personally, believe that this is not a real court reference but an attempt to get them to pay. If your is the same then it needs to be looked into properly. Host the picture onto tinypic and post the url into a post but leave off the http:// bit.We can see from this.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Thanks for the reply Peter. I will upload the letter shortly0

Thanks,
As I say I suspect it may have been a tube fine but I can't see why it would of been taking to court, all seems a bit odd to me.0 -
Marston will inevitably ramp the costs up and so you need to act as quickly as you can. As with all issues involving bailiffs I suggest you go to:Thanks,

Their advice has been proven to be very solid and there is precious little of it to be had elsewhere - even from sources you might expect to be able to help.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

But they haven't right to be on private property, ie my landlords flat0
