this is true, i wish I appreciated him more while he was still here. I learnt a lot over the years though,
I learnt the unconditional love I had for him and him for me,
I learnt how much I would do to help and protect him,
I learnt that whilst I was a stubborn cow at times if he needed something I would change my mind and do something just for him,
I learnt that we were a great team, he called us the three musketeers - it was us against the world.

Life changes quickly, no time to dwell on petty things, they may upset but I try to move on and not let it bother me too much. My DH would be so annoyed to think that I would waste my life or DSes life on stupid things when we could be out there enjoying ourselves. I would be robbing DS of a happy life if I didn't think this way.

Sorry got to go, upsetting myself now
What a lovely post SD :A. If I lost my OH I would feel exactly the way you do and I don't think it would ever go away. I think I might have come close earlier this year and that was bad enough.

Those who have the sort of love you and your OH obviously had are SO lucky and many here will testify to that. I totally admire your strength and the way you always put your DS first. Your love for both your OH and your DS shine through and that makes you an amazing person. I admire you for the way you keep going and for your honesty.

and from what I read, your life is anything but wasted. Your OH would be mighty proud of the way you cope. Alot of us....well me anyway could learn lessons from you. I, for one love reading your posts x

Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

OH! have just spent 15 mins trying to coax my cat in agin tonight and she's not budging:mad:. Sitting on the shed roof turning her head the other way and no way is she coming in.

What a drama queen:rotfl: She has until midnight and I'm going to bed. And after last nights escapades if she throws herself against the door at 4am I won't hear her. Don't cats start to act funny in the winter

I usually shout treats,it's my boy cat that's stubborn,he will sometimes come for his treats,or rattle his dish ,thought he was missing tonight had opened the back door himself,he just walked in the lounge at ten looked round and took himself off again.

So thinking of Snap and fourp, some tears shed on here tonight.
  • Night all. Sleep well.
