My mum used to leave the back door open for a few mins- get a can of cat food and tap it a few time with a spoon calling the cat at same time- worked for her. In the cat would come every time:)

:( just tried and she gave that look...you know the indignant ' do what you like.....I'm staying here until 4 am' look. I know it's because there's a mouse in the shed and I haven't managed to trap the little booger yet.....neither has she:D
  • Further to my post earlier about liars prospering

I had an accident in Tesco car park a couple of weeks back when I was reversing out of a space and someone came along and swiped the back of my car. He admitted to me that he didn't see me because he was looking at the space behind me that he was going for.

He clearly didn't tell his insurance company that, and as a result, mine today have gone and admitted liability without prejudice, without even looking at my statement or pictures.

The other driver failed to tell the truth to his insurance company, and has got away with it. There is nothing I can do.

I am so cross and upset by it. They weren't having any of it, even when I phoned then back just now. That's that and that's all there is to it

That's awful :( could you not mention something to your local MP? They're usually keen to be seen helping 'the little guy' if that makes sense? My mam was hit by a very ignorant excuse of a man in June but the case is being held back because they want to speak to a 'witness' that wasn't even there!! Good luck anyway, hope things turn around for you :)

I usually shout treats,it's my boy cat that's stubborn,he will sometimes come for his treats,or rattle his dish ,thought he was missing tonight had opened the back door himself,he just walked in the lounge at ten looked round and took himself off again.

So thinking of Snap and fourp, some tears shed on here tonight.

lol my boy cat gets himself wedged next to the sky box and stays there. he doesn't like getting his paws cold or wet and the only mouse he ever brought home was a second hand one:rotfl:

They are like kids, the boys are easier to handle than the girls:rotfl:
