Hi, all a quick note may be of interest esp to David. Dton large one near b&q accepted an apg and tpp today not the £5 off but an actual voucher said they are taking all competitor vouchers. No receipt needed either.
I phoned and asked if they did take them lady got in touch wiv head office and phoned back and said yes all money off. So quite chuffed with this although it not local maybe worth the visit prior to A.
And now wondering if thy do take cc vouchers to this would be good.
When it first started I went up there as a test and cs said yes we take them (apg) went to ss first sa had no idea so asked another and she said definately not only the £5 off £40 ,I mentioned I had already checked with cs and she said she would have a word with them as they where wrong.
So off I trot to cs explained it to the girl as the lad I had spoke to decided it was time to go walkies as I approached she said that they did as far as she knew but would ring manager he said no we dont many apologies from the poor girl. Not that they where needed as it was for £1 or so if I remember rightly.
What we are missing in all these shops is a little bit of consistancy so we know what we are up against :D

this is true, i wish I appreciated him more while he was still here. I learnt a lot over the years though,
I learnt the unconditional love I had for him and him for me,
I learnt how much I would do to help and protect him,
I learnt that whilst I was a stubborn cow at times if he needed something I would change my mind and do something just for him,
I learnt that we were a great team, he called us the three musketeers - it was us against the world.

Life changes quickly, no time to dwell on petty things, they may upset but I try to move on and not let it bother me too much. My DH would be so annoyed to think that I would waste my life or DSes life on stupid things when we could be out there enjoying ourselves. I would be robbing DS of a happy life if I didn't think this way.

Sorry got to go, upsetting myself now

Beautiful post SD and your OH will be proud of the way you have got on with your life, looking after your DS and helping others so much as you do :A

Just typed up a long post about me and Mr 3Dogs but deleted it :( Just typed and deleted some more :( As you say, please appreciate what you have, coz if you lose it ................ too late then. I am just so glad that Alan & I understood each other so well and were so close and able to talk about anything, in later years especially, though it hadn't always been like that, and that certainly helped in dealing with what happened

You really should go to bed,you could be up half the night waiting,I know I have done it......really could get mad at the pair of them.

Not tonight!! last night was bad enough. I wouldn't mind but we have a cat flap and they just totally refuse to use it! I can laugh at last night now but wasn't funny at 4 am.....she was literally throwing herself against the door...which set the dog off....which woke 2 of the kids up, and me. And she just sauntered in like she'd been at the bingo:rotfl:

I'm not interested in any of the bickering, I just skip past it. I don't know who likes who and I will talk to everyone as long as they aren't offensive to me.

When I am ready to go to bed, I open the back door and 'ask the dogs if they want to go out for a wee' :rotfl: :o :rotfl: Little Molly runs out and, if necessary, has a wee, but Bess just goes to the door and stands there. No amount of coaxing with make her cross the step. Eventually, I close the door and we go to bed, ............. and 1 minute afterwards, Bess is at the backdoor, scratching to go out, so I have to get up, let her out, she goes out and has a wee, then back to bed. Everyone happy   It's like a little ritual these days :rotfl:

Bess is just letting you know she is in charge .
We think they are our pets but it seems the other way around to me they bark/go to back door/drop kong under sofa and stare at me/and a load of other things and I do as they want .
The ritual thing made me laugh whenever I have the clippers on ours they get a treat after.
So picture the scene I am trimming Bailey and Dexter is laid out next to her on his back stretching waiting his turn :rotfl:
Tonight something was in his fur from our walk so got clippers and trimmed it out 10-12 hairs I dont know not many, off he runs to where the treats are staring at them then me and so on :D
