4 pack of Branston Beans has gone AWOL from my APG - always pays to put the extra few items in your shop as you can never tell when this will happen. It's still showing on MSM as well, which makes it all the more confusing. I think I was overcharged for them as well, talk about adding insult to injury! £1.80 I was charged, they were £1.50 just a couple of days ago and still on MSM at £1.50, although OOS.

Due to the ASDA Price Guarantee, you're entitled to a voucher of £7.84:

    Hi patty
what did they say about driving? I had physio today - ouch - no driving for another 2 weeks :( That will be 9 weeks off the road.

    Hi tyrole

He was given a peice of paper which said no driving but going to investigate the automatic thing tom because it still may be an option. This is going to be a one day at a time thing which we will have to get used to.

Thing is he normally cooks, cleans and carries....oh and wombles - this plaster cast lark is going to do my head in:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

OH! have just spent 15 mins trying to coax my cat in agin tonight and she's not budging:mad:. Sitting on the shed roof turning her head the other way and no way is she coming in.

What a drama queen:rotfl: She has until midnight and I'm going to bed. And after last nights escapades if she throws herself against the door at 4am I won't hear her. Don't cats start to act funny in the winter
  • Ah bless him :)we don't appreciate our hubbys or our children enough. I can sympathise with you, It is so frustrating having to ask to be taken places. My hubby works away M - F , dd is in coll all day and has a social life so it has been hard!!! I think I'm getting used to it now, all that petrol money I have saved!
Dd has been amazing, she has been like a mother hen.

this is true, i wish I appreciated him more while he was still here. I learnt a lot over the years though,
I learnt the unconditional love I had for him and him for me,
I learnt how much I would do to help and protect him,
I learnt that whilst I was a stubborn cow at times if he needed something I would change my mind and do something just for him,
I learnt that we were a great team, he called us the three musketeers - it was us against the world.

Life changes quickly, no time to dwell on petty things, they may upset but I try to move on and not let it bother me too much. My DH would be so annoyed to think that I would waste my life or DSes life on stupid things when we could be out there enjoying ourselves. I would be robbing DS of a happy life if I didn't think this way.

Sorry got to go, upsetting myself now

The only good thing to come put of my misfortune is hubby can now cook a roast dinner mmm. I've told him that he has to cook Sunday dinner from now on as I have done the first 22 years
Can't wait for Christmas dinner :j
    Take care

What a truly lovely post. My heart goes out to Snap-Ant and FourP. I suspect a lot of us are shedding a tear right now especially those of us with precious pets that are in their twilight years.

Totally agree. Strangely enough, I just this last ten mins found a disc that didnt have a label on it, so slapped it in the computer and it was full of pics. Some of the pics were of Max, a stray kitten I found and ended up sharing my life with for 20 wonderful years.... Big huggs!!!
