Last day of the 25 points on the Andrex in Ts today. They do have 9 packs of Pebble or/ Puppies on a roll for £3
I'm sorry
I do agreed Poppy our lab was the same ♥
AC is maybe on his last legs todayVery wobbly & 'far away'
I've had a heart to heart with him & thanked him. Told him I love him to pieces & it's alright to go ♥
He's just lying on sofa limply
He's not in pain so I'm not calling the Vet out as yet
I spotted him 17 years on the river bank - unfortunately friend's dog saw him & grabbed him.
Never know where I got the strength from but I grabbed the dog & prised it's jaws open & got him out.
He was so tiny & he wet himself down me ♥
Took him to Vets & they said reason someone had thrown him out was he had an umbilical hernia (which was sorted when he was neutered)
The rest is history

I had to stop driving for 2 weeks after being in hospital for a week and my DH said I was unbearable as I was going doolally because I was stuck indoors. DH was at work during the day and so was my mum so DS got a taxi each morning or if possible DH came home to take him but I was stuck in the house, even now I can remember how fed up I got.
I wouldn't have stuck myself, I'd probably have locked myself in a room or walked out:rotfl: I don't know how DH stuck me at times over the year, he had the patience of a saint
Ah bless himwe don't appreciate our hubbys or our children enough. I can sympathise with you, It is so frustrating having to ask to be taken places. My hubby works away M - F , dd is in coll all day and has a social life so it has been hard!!! I think I'm getting used to it now, all that petrol money I have saved!
Dd has been amazing, she has been like a mother hen.:j:j:j:j0 -
Yay finally caught up - though now too knackered to keep my eyes open. Just wanted to say (before I go off to bed) what a difference reading through now and so nice to see all the pet pics and just general niceness and laughs.
Though sorry to hear about AC Snap Ant
Night all0 -

Thinking of you both- I too have had the honour of knowing many great feline characters in my years and saying goodbye at the end of our time together never got any easier.
All I can say is to remember all the good times and hold on to those fond memories. I have always had the sense that animals share these feelings with us in their own way. Will be thinking of Ancient Cat on his journey and wishing you and Fourp strength.
What a truly lovely post. My heart goes out to Snap-Ant and FourP. I suspect a lot of us are shedding a tear right now especially those of us with precious pets that are in their twilight years. Before you assume, learn the facts,
Before you judge, understand why,
Before you hurt someone, feel,
Before you speak, think.0 -
