I've just had a new Vaillant fitted. Regretting the day I did. Within a month we have had two faults. The first wasn't so bad as it worked just the electronic controls didn't. The second time though no hot water or heating and waiting for at least four days to fix (still waiting) Their aftersales is absolutely appalling too.

DO NOT BUY A BIASI!!
We had a brand new Biasi ActivA Condenser boiler installed over a year ago and i have had to call them out to fix it 3 times.
Its currently on the blink and my wife is 9 months pregnant its freezing and wee have no hot water and heating and they say that they can't fix it it until the end of the week.
Their customer service is atrocious.

I have been thinking about an intergas combi. Heard a lot of recommendations about them, but most plumbers merchants around here have never heard of them.
