Well the seller ignored me all day, so i opened a case (did they think i was just going to go away?!) and pretty much straight after opening it they added the tracking number to it, so they were obviously near a computer/their phone!
Spoke to paypal and they said i dont have to do anything further and they will look into the tracking number and if the status doesnt change to delivered then they will refund in the next 3/4 days.0 -

And don't forget to give accurate feedback and some 1 stars for performance, sellers like that need to be sorted for everyone's benefit.====0
