I received a parking ticket from Conkai security in the centre of Oxford. The ticket was issued two months ago and a letter two months later has arrived at my address. This leads me to believe they haven't obtained my address legally (via DVLA). Do you know if it's still the case that I shouldn't pay this company? Any help would be much appreciated.0

I have received a letter with a Parking Charge Notice from Conkai Security after using a customer car park in Oxford. I have actually used one of the shops in front of the car park for a quick browse, therefore was a customer, and as such shouldn't been issued a ticket in the first place.
I have researched conkai security and have found the company is not BPA associated and, as such, should not have any access to my personal details.
My questions is: Do I ignore this letter or Do I reply to it? (by replying I will confirm my address, its it necessary?)
I would be grateful fro your advice.0 -

I will not provide a link to a top thread - because they are right at the top - but I always tell newbies how to hop around the forum to get there.
