Sometimes I think life deserves more than a shake - a good kick up the bum is more like it. Did you notice there is now a confirmed case of H7N9 in Taiwan?
Dodgy hug, virtual sweeties and good vibes to all."This site is addictive!"

Stiltwalker I used these sites a lot when my youngest was learning to read. I just picked out the things we needed at the time and printed and laminated anything likely to get a lot of play. just be careful of any American spellings. Tippex is wonderful stuff. Here (this one has printable cards and pictures for pre school and upwards. We made silly sentences with them. Lots of craft ideas on this one here and loads here too.
Singing nursery rhymes and silly songs can help with clarity.0 -
Sunshine - sending good vibes and hugs your way. Lots of good advice and do make sure your family know just what kind of a position they have placed you in as B&T said.
Thanks for those sites Grandma - I've bookmarked I'll have a good look later. We do all sorts of rhymes and songs however the clarity issue is a full blown speech production disorder associated with her Joubert's. At the moment we are working on letter sounds using If you're happy and you know it (say eeeeeee, ahhhhhh, etc), as it is a great way to get her to copy sounds. She also has a bit of a volume problem in that anything she does say is also very quiet - again common with those Joubert's kids who are verbal (and many are not).
Right must go get the monkeys from nursery, catch you later - X0 -
Hi all - just popped in - Mardatha sending you healing vibes & hope you'll be feeling better very soon.
Sunshine Just really to endorse what all the previous posters have said - chin up - you WILL get through this awful time - hugsSmall victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0 -
Hi ELONA haven't done my daily check on H7N9 yet as I had the heady delights of a trip to Mr.t this morning and have just walked the houndicus this afternoon. Don't like the sound of that one little bit - watch this space I think, at least we'll see it coming eh? Thanks pet, Cheers Lyn xxx.0

Thank you everyone for your kind words, they mean alot.
I am private renting and for reasons I wont say on here I think its best we leave they can be quite nasty people.
I have spoken to HA and they say I have to put all my things in storage and declare us homeless. Then we will go in to hostals for a while then we might get a home.
I am not looking forward to being homeless at 67 and 57, but there it is.
Thank you again everyone you are such nice people
