    Morning All,

Sunny here but still a chill in the air.

Waiting to take dd to orthodontist today for quick fix as orthodontist and dentist can't agree on one particular gap in her teeth being the right size for the next stage of the treatment! Very frustrating for her as she can't wait it get the braces off now.

Dh tried fitting new toilet in downstairs cloakroom yesterday to save on labour costs of plumber. Turns out fittings on new loo don't line up with waste pipe so thinking caps are on and everyone has to troop up and downstairs to the bathroom.....

Trying to spend as little as possible for the rest of the month so will be raiding the freezer and cupboards for the next few days. Could be some innovative meals on the horizon.

Wishing everyone a good week :)

Is it the whole thread or just this page? it might be Mrs LW's photos. The page is alright for me - though this reply page has gone wide.

You can scroll along on the bottom of the screen
I wanna be in the room where it happens

As VJsmum mentions, it is the width of the photos*.
They've stretched the page, the scroll bar works to get the bit,
that's vanished off the side of the screen (or shorter paragraphs :))

Another few posts and we'll be on a new page.
    Which should be normal width.

    HTH

*Not a criticism Mrs LW, the photos are lovely.

have you refreshed the page after you have 'thanked' someone futher down, I did this and it reverted back to normal. Im no tech person, but it worked for me :-)

Just been with my mum and eldest DD to local clearance garden plant place, its a company that supplies the supermarkets and diy chains. Spent £5 but got quite a few alpines and some other plant that had nice little pink flowers on. They all come again next year, so cost effect plants.

1st washing load pegged out, next one will be ready in about 30 mins. Ive cleaned bathroom and kitchen and hovered, very productive day so far.

I think you can go into your settings and use the fixed width option and that should stop it. I switched to fixed width when I got an iPad and don't have problems with pics anymore...

    Afternoon All,
First anniversary of Mum's passing today. Not doing too bad but had a couple of strange dreams(don't remember much of them)one had Mum in it so can kind of understand why but the other involved a train and lots of frogs and large toads appearing/disappearing from under the carpet in the coaches.

    What's that all about?

All I remember about Mum's dream was that she had decided to marry again and was saying she was doing so because she wasn't getting any younger and I wasn't very happy about her choice.

Yes I'll get out whilst I am able and have a pass. The food festival I attended on Saturday was good but I was so slow and tired and wanted to sit but when with someone else you can't always do as you wish.

My legs were restless and aching all night long. Did not sleep too well.

Went back yesterday and was quicker, able to sit when I wished but take in what was actually on each stall.

The chips worked. Now next time I'll see what difference it makes not boiling them first. I always boil/steam more than I need too...that's good idea as is cutting potatoes smaller so they cook quicker.

Going to get something to eat...lots of bread to get through(including some from the food festival)and I have to feed my sourdough starter...its like having a pet...

    /QUOTE]

Just tried that and unfortunately it didn't work for me.
But every post is getting nearer to a new page.
    Hence this one :)
