Kidcat - I tend to do things in lumps! So this week got the car seat and the big double buggy in process and DS's DLA form in the post as well as phonecalls to Paeds secretary nagging about appointment reports and also sorting DS's TAC (team around the child) meeting later this month so probably won't get around sorting anything else for at least another 2/3 weeks as I will just be concentrating on getting through!

Speaking of which I hope you are managing ok and that you get to see your uncle. Hugs X

katieowl Thank you for the recipe:) I use a K Chef & Dough hook now for making bread (since my breadmaker died), but have never tried Spelt in it. I will definately have another go:D

I know what you mean about the mill flour, but I do love the texture.

  • Thanks stiltwalker, one of the posts to reply to was yours, well done on all you're getting done with funding, forms, phonecalls, pushchair...! You do so well with dealing with it all, forms are my nemesis!
and Kidcat, I do hope you get to see your uncle and also that it's not time yet for final goodbyes x

I've still not mastered breadmaking. pizza dough I can do, and breadrolls made out of pizza dough, but a nice loaf is just beyond me. If I get time before I go out tomorrow I might get some dough done and leave it to prove, practice makes perfect!

Thank you for your kindness, we have had word that whilst he survived the op things are much worse than they imagined and they have said he has just days left if that, my mum has gone to the hospital but said she would rather I didnt go - she wants time with her brother - I apparentlt dont understand not having any siblings. I intend on going first thing in the morning when she wont be there and after that will need to play it by ear.
