Well you have probably downloaded a load of malaware, I suggest you thoroughly clean your computer asap.

And on that note there's a very good guide to cleaning up to be found here:-

They say they'll refund you minus a 10% restocking fee, did you ask them about this ?

It's clearly not a UK website, the awful grammar gives it away, no retailer like True Religion would make these mistakes.

I think you might have to chalk this one down to experience :(

They wont even answer our emails, havent right from when the order was put on which is when alarm bells started to ring!

Some years back I bought some software and what arrived was counterfeit.

I raised a dispute and ebay told me that I would have to return the items to the seller at my own expense in order to receive a refund.
I had a bit of an argument about it with them and told them I would rather take them to the police as evidence of counterfeiting.
ebay insisted I had to return them, and in the end they gave me a goodwill payment to cover the postage.
    And I got my refund.

However, I'm not really satisfied that what was done was "right".

But I also contacted the original software vendor about it, and they never even bothered to reply, so I decided that if they didn't care, why should I.

You'll probably find that the retailer he usually buys from will write a letter - just remember that it needs to be on headed paper.

I second everyone saying that you need to thoroughly clean your computer before you do anything involving personal information - checking emails, internet banking, online shopping - anything. That website is riddled with malware and trojan horse viruses, and the fact your virus protection isn't alerting you strongly suggests that your computer is already infected.

We now know we have made a mistake, and I am on here asking for advice not to be slated for buying in the first place. If you cant be constructive then why post?

If pointing out the obvious helps one other person avoid buying with these bunch of cowboys then my post is useful.

There are some common sense signs that tell you whether a site is legit, prices and text are the two obvious ones.

Run all your transactions from an iso or usb memory stick to protect yourself from Windows so as not get infected with stuff from dodgy sites. ;)

Or that they possibly don't use the same software as you/Hintza and the software you're using may be creating false alerts/conflicting with another program in order to cause false alerts.

I regularly saw this when using my works computer.....it would flag as malware on their virus program but wouldn't flag on mine at home. Funniest one was when it flagged the company website as malware and "suspicious" :D

*touch wood* its been nearly 10 years since I last had anything other than tracing cookies.
