Think of it from the retailers point of view - rather than buying from them, you bought from some cheapo retailer online, therefore why on earth should they now help you??

There is no incentive!

Perhaps if you buy a genuine pair from the shop, THEN they'll declare the other ones as being fake?

You're lucky they weren't seized by customs.I would do some copying and pasting from their website and send that to Paypal. Fake site=fake goods.

How do you credit your Paypal account? If by credit card can you do a chargeback?

They say they'll refund you minus a 10% restocking fee, did you ask them about this ?

It's clearly not a UK website, the awful grammar gives it away, no retailer like True Religion would make these mistakes.

I think you might have to chalk this one down to experience

Well you have probably downloaded a load of malaware, I suggest you thoroughly clean your computer asap.

Standard procedure by Paypal to want proof they are not genuine. If you had paid direct by Visa or Mastercard. You would have to do exactly the same.
Just take them to a retailer that sells them and get a staff member to put something in writing for you.

Thats our plan tomorrow, he already owns several genuine pairs and has a good rapport with the retailer he buys them and most of his other clothes from, and we are hoping that the Manager there will write something for us.
