Should we make the green tick work the same as the red cross?

I agree that having the red cross is fab. The only thing I am also finding is having both alongside each other on a thread title to be a bit messy. My eyes are also having difficulty with it.
All said though I would rather have it the way it is than have the option to click the red cross removed.

    2018 total £4062/2017 total £2260/ 2016 total £2025/ 2015 total £3809.
  • I'm also happy with it the way it is...and am grateful for the crosses.
  • I'm finding the faded red cross quite hard on my eyes. Is there any way it could be aligned so that a green tick and clicked red cross are directly on top of each other once clicked?
  • love the additions. However, I like that the red cross is immediate. If I enter something then hit the back button, have to refresh to see the green tick. Might be helpful to have the green tick on the front or have it linked so that its easier to see without hitting F5 (minor point though and quite happy as it is).

I can't see any red crosses on the page. Could see them okay in the individual posts when they were there.

Okay now - I logged out and back in again and they were there.

    Great idea by the way.

I thought it was just me! I can't see the cross now either!!

Love the green tick but I used the cross for comps I did not enter so would LIKE it back :D
  • thought of another good reason to ALSO have the green tick on the front. Some competitions post multiples. At the moment we have a seperate topic for each but we dont always have to go into each post (i.e. madeformums or greatcompetitions) and if you enter in batches, easier to mark from the front......

Happing with the way the Tick works.

Would be amazing to be able to filter the forum to not display any posts already marked with a red cross... or a green tick... or both. Or is that already a feature and I missed it?

Personally I think it's helpful cos I can see that I've actually looked at a competition and chosen not to enter it, rather than just having overlooked/missed it. :)

Love the red button where it is now. Could whizz through just 'xxxx'. Also if I randomly land on a comp page and see something not of interest I can x.

It's going to make life sooo much easier now and especially during Advents.

I'm happy with the green button where it is, because I like to thank too.
