I love pale blue polish, but it always makes me look like a corpse lying on a mortuary slab. I don't know what it is about my very ordinary skin tone, but a lot of those pastel shades look awful on me.

Thanks for this dolly84. I think I need to stock up on Lemon Aid first really. Was miffed that I missed out on it in the flash sale last week and my feeling then was that the items in that sale were likely to be discontinued so will try and get hold of some soon(ish).

I don't think even the Q would dare try and described L'occitane Almond shower gel as life changing! lol. You're not missing out on that much. It's nice but not that nice IYKWIM. Now, Philosophy Pumpkin Pie on the other hand ...... I think I would sell my home and all my possessions for xx

I ended up giving the Maybelline gel eyeliner to Emma as every time I wore it no matter what base I put on my eyelids it wandered and I mean wandered. Some days I was wearing it in the crease of my lids after blinking.

we had new furniture delivered yesterday (after 33 years with two things we spent £10 each on....won't tell you what the new stuff costs:eek:)so had to move things around and had a big sort out.I made up two big boxes as pressies and a few things for raffle prizes for church.OH said he was worried as now I can buy more stuff to fill the cupboard:rotfl:

selling one piece of furniture on fleabay and already got £20 with 24 watchers:)

painted nails last night as OH out on works do,hands are now the spy who loved me (silvery)and feet a lovely jade green with glitter on top:)

I read a rumour ages ago about LemonAid being discontinued, so bought a back up, I love it, if in a rush, that and a sweep of mascara can make me look almost human!


I bought the Maybelline eyeliner and BB cream (medium) on a 3 for 2 a while back and love them both, I only need a bit of blusher on top of the BB cream and the Gel stays put until I get at it with the Floracil.

Stopped half way through my packing to declare 2 OUTs :j- Fcuk shower scrub, WBA came as part of the Boots bag set a few years ago. I do really like the fcuk fragrance even though I hate the name and another shower gel that's been lingering with a drip in it at the back of the shower.

I'll be back next month, see you all then.

I've got some really horrible spots at the moment on my nose, above my lip and on my chin. As well as being unsightly they are quite sore. I'm using Sudocrem when I'm at home but obviously wouldn't wear it when I am out. It does help to soothe the spots but they're not going anywhere. I'm really reluctant to buy any more products as nothing seems to help but I am really fed up. I can't use anything that will dry them out as my skin is very dry anyway :mad:

BS Mango body butter (small size) WMBA when I have reduced my body butter mountain to perhaps a hillock???

Simple shampoo - WBA once I've used the Timotei pure shampoo I picked up in ASDA at the weekend. (I always thought my sensitive scalp was due to the SLS and nasties in shampoo but having used Simple I've decided it's the perfume!!!! Will see how I get on with the Timotei one as although "pure" it has SLS in it and perfume (but not strong).

BS papaya shower gel - WMBA once I've cleared my shower gel mountain. I've moved onto a Radox Eastern Promise one now as a change from the fruity ones that i seem to favour.

Also UU a couple of the conditioners that come with hair dyes. I have such fine hair I find I only need to use it very sparingly and not very often otherwise I end up with a greasy nest :eek:

I'm sure there was something else to but I can't for the life of me remember at the mo!
