    Yes, course I do. :hello:

You also have a track record of posts, not like many people who just turn up on this thread and then disappear, so i'd take note of what you say. ;)

Hope it all works out for you. :)

I used the House Network for the sale of my house and I can't fault them. I saved £3,700 over what I would have paid if I had used a High St agent. It was well worth using them - and doing the viewings was actually quite fun!

Tancred, you have 'cred.' :D Respect to your post. Don't you want a back-hander though?

These other guys may be genuine and just after a quick buck from the payback on the codes they post, but I think the way so many turn up here for the first time of posting devalues their credibility to the point where it's destroyed.

....And of course they never post details of the property 'because they are new.' :p

If HN pays these folk for every new bit of business that comes in with these codes, and they're encouraging folk to post here, then at what point does this cease to be moneysaving, and becomes posting for personal gain or self-promotion?

I've reported the previous 2 posts , if you think they are dodgy as well
you should too. First time posters who shill then never post again carry no credibility.
  • I also sold with HouseNetwork and can't really fault them. Saved £3,200. They were a bit slower responding to things after I accepted an offer though. I think I always had to leave at least two messages before they got back to me. But still a million times more efficient than my solicitor who is charging me £2,500!

I won't post my code as there are plenty of others to choose from on here and I'm not posting this to save money or promote them, just to say that I was very happy with their service.
  • I was initially a little uncertain about using an online agent, but reading the posts in this thread reassured me and I have taken the plunge and gone with the HN Essential package and an upfront payment of £495 plus VAT.

So far the process has been painless with a quick appointment made for photos to be taken.

I will keep you posted how things go.

I sort of understand the comments above about discount codes but I took advantage of one and saved £27.25, what can be bad about that. Isn't that what all discount codes are for, to promote sales ?

In case anybody else would wish to do the same here is a 5% discount code I was given:

  • Hi,

I'm looking for some input from a customer of House Network. My house is in need of renovation but I’d like to put it on the market now in the hope that someone who can appreciate the potential of the house will buy it. In the mean time, I plan to slowly redecorate the house, which means photos will become dated. Does House Network allow you to upload/update the photos of your home?

This is perhaps my only blocker to giving House Network a try, since my local estate agents didn’t show much desire to sell it.
  • I am currently selling my house through HouseNetwork. The sale is now a total nightmare due solely to the 2 solicitors involved BUT HN are the only part of the whole process keeping me sane. Their service and tenacity has been outstanding, despite the fact I paid upfront for one of their packages, so they already have the money. But they are being absolutely brilliant in terms of trying to chase these terrible solicitors.

Before all the rabid, bitter high street EAs come on here to accuse me of being a HN employee, I'm not - if anyone wants my discount code, please PM me and I'm happy to supply it along with a full account of my experience with HN. I'm not posting it here to try to make money for myself, just to say that HN are the best EA I have ever used and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
