PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. A lot of first posts on here.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly. Forum Ambassadors are not moderators and don't read every post. After placing our property with a local estate agent earlier in the year we were very disappointed with the response – even after dropping the price twice. They promised us the earth before we signed the contract & then appear to have done nothing & we had only one viewing. We ended the contract after the minimum term.
We then looked in to Housenetwork & decided to give it a go – we have gone for the “all inclusive” package & paid upfront. So far they have been totally professional & very quick to get things together. Our property is just about to go live, so we will update here as things progress. For anyone that is interested here is a 5% discount code – just quote GUKGUXIEKM & get 5% off any package you choose.
I’ll be happy to answer any direct questions as things progress – hoping for a quick sale!0 -
Perhaps when people post for the first time to recommend Housenetwork they could let us know which property on the HN website is theirs?0

That's an excellent idea.
If the poster above would kindly supply the details when the property is live, we'll be able to supply the Rightmove link.....
All part of the great service here. :A0 -

My house was recently sold through Housenetwork. Can't fault their service. Awesome photos, speedy changes to our listing when we needed them, communication was faultless. Want me to post a link too? What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0
