    It does.

    If it was pre-1997, you can, post 1997 (I'm a 1999 passer) then you need to take an extra test.

    Amazingly though, according to my license, I can drive a milkfloat :eek::eek::eek:

    When I was 16 and wanted a moped, my father tried to convince me to get a milkfloat instead! Needless to say I ended up with neither... :p
