i know because i get my shopping delivered online and i understand that sometimes things dont go perfect,but that is not down to the drivers and
instead of insulting them or looking down my nose to them,we are civil to each other and they have told me in our conversations that if they have sat nav they have to purchase it themselves

One Christmas, despite me writing 'no substitutions' next to everything, Tesco substituted so much that it added £30 to the bill! I didn't have a chance to check everything (driver dumped and ran) and I was well miffed. I had even allowed an extra day to go and get stuff that was not available!

I always get a HUGE order, because if I am going to pay £5 for delivery, I am going to make it worthwhile, so I go for a delivery every 3 months or so. Getting a delivery was an absolute must when I dislocated both of my shoulders, but there was always a bit of a suspense to see what had been sent this time.

I have to say, my experience with Sainsbury's has been much more positive.
