A PPC specific thread and invite them to make their case?

Wondered if any would? Dare to? If they didn't it would advertise they are what 'we' say they are on here....scam outfits? A good suggestion? I mean, start a thread say re "ParkingEye" then invite them to state their case. How many they have taken to court, etc. If they do not comment and remain silent they condemn themselves do they not? Just an idea

You could try but they won't bother.
3 or 4 years ago Martin Lewis started a thread with a BPA employee officially answering queries. Their replies got the legal situation so wrong within the first 2 pages that it became a laughing stock and they never came back!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We tried this with the BPA couple of years ago. They put forward a spokesperson who made some stupid and erroneous statement. When challenged over these they disappeared, never to be seen again.

Well, didn't know that. Being new here and all. Is that thread still available? Like to read it as I could do with a laugh!

As far as I can recall, there were some on here(not current posters I think) who did not exactly help the poster get her facts right. She could possibly have been educated into the real world but only posted about 3 times. Shame really.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Try e-mailling or writing to them asking your questions.
What you'll probably get in response is a default appeal rejection for a non-existent ticket.0 -

We are still waiting for the BPA to come back and reply to a few questions from the last time they tried this stunt.0
