  • Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you are enjoying a bit of sunshine. :)

    I've come to declare NSD4!
I feel like I'm getting in the flow for the month now. They always tend to be slow for me at the start of the month, then start coming thick and fast in the second half of the month.

Pleased to get £6 of Tesco vouchers through yesterday. Will cash them in for £12 frozen food vouchers in a week or so. That will really help me in the grocery challenge as, by my rules anyway, it's free money! Having that £12 to put into my freezer will make a big difference. I'm pleased!

Hello all I hope you are all not spending :) I have had visitors all weekend so NSD 7 and 8 for me. I have been too busy to spend money. I have had a couple of friends over and we have been walking, knitting, chatting, drinking tea and drinking wine. It has not cost me anything as everyone contributed to the feasting. Hope you all had good weekends Love P0lly x

I arrived home to the delights of bits of rabbit and blood all over the kitchen and pud sitting in the middle with a pair of ears which he proudly presented to me

 freaking a bit at that ......:o
Second cat wasn't quite so good at catching live things but he loved clean washing - and not always mine  I warned all the neighbours about his fetish after arriving home one evening to find pud asleep on the doormat firmly entangled in someones else's bra.

:rotfl: OMG that's one of the funniest things I've ever heard!:rotfl:

Well Wednesday was planned as a NSD but I failed badly - due to insomnia the night before I got no sleep so by Wednesday evening I was too tired to cook but also ravenous so we got dominoes pizza delivered (If they hadn't extended their bogof to the whole week I wouldn't have succumbed). :(
Thursday couldn't be a NSD as I had a dentist appointment - had to pay for that & bus fare, also ended up buying some food in Waitrose - not doing well as all, even though I picked up some fab bargains.
Friday wasn't designated as a NSD though I guess if I had more will power it could have been one, but I picked up some food shopping in Asda.

Still Saturday & Sunday have been NSD'd so I can declare I'm on NSD 5. :)
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
