feeling a bit more positive today thinking I can do this.
Solventsoon Thanks for updating us all. I maybe should not count prescriptions in future. Was only concerned that it spoilt my NSD not that I had a chest infection :rotfl:
Anyway onwards and upwards I should be able to not shop til Saturday now fingers crossed. NSD 3 for me Good luck all Love P0lly

Hi all not going so well I have had 2 spending days that were not planned one for the vet and a prescription for me :(
So I only have 3 days left in Nov that I can spend its going to be very tough. Anyway NSD 2 today
Have spent the day tidying the garden and cleaning the house it looks lots better and it cost nothing :)

A lot of folk wouldn't consider getting a prescription as a spend, more as an essential item,so not count it as an nsd.Hope you get better soon!
Hi, I am new to this and also very late - still getting my head around the various challenges, but wanting to jump in while the motivation is still bright and shiny. But if you don't want to have to update the front page for stragglers like me, that is entirely fine and I will just update my own sig.

Anyway! November means Christmas shopping, birthday shopping for both my gorgeous daughters and halfway through we celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary. So it's going to be an expensive one no matter what I do; so I'm starting off with a modest goal of 10 NSD this month.

Today is NSD #2, after the requisite family outing and grocery shopping that makes up my weekend.

I signed up to the NOvember challenge before I signed up here, so I'm sorry it's the wrong way round. I'm hoping for 15 NSDs, not counting the planned weekly shop (including liquid gold) and DDs, though they mostly go out on the 1st anyway. Have managed two so far and today should be another. I do actually need some veg to go with tonight's liver and bacon, but might see if any of the Jerusalem artichokes in the garden are big enough to eat - if not, it'll have to be salad, because that's what I've got...

    Hi and welcome!

Freeby will be along shortly to add you to the front page!Good luck with the challenge.

I'll be back soon with a mega update for today.:)

:j:j:jModestyB - and a fantastic no 3 for you. Yay to an NSD Saturday.... did you chain OH to the floor?
Oh dear.. another free fleaby listing missed... oh well maybe I’ll make the next one
And woohooo to no 4 for you today... you must have chained OH to the floor... surely?

    No chains at all
Spoony, in fact I'm getting a bit worried about him, he's either unwell or been replaced by an alien! Hope it's the alien! :rotfl:

Anyway, today is NSD 5 & 5 in a row, which is unheard of in this house.

Hugs to all who are ill.

Watch all the pets tonight. Some of these fireworks sound like bombs!

  • Evening all

Spend day again today. :rotfl: got to laugh or i'll cry. lol

Now i am off work tomorrow, i need to do a shop for bunny food. but i think i will work out what i have been enjoying the most food wise and top up on some bits so as to have NSD's at the end of the week. I think soup and custard will be on the list, thankfully i dont fancy them together though.

Well done to everyone with the NSD's
