You've got it in one "threatening" letters cause that is all the scum can do is "threaten" you. Do you think if they had a case, like all of the scum PPC's, they would try it on in court? Look what happened to some of them and one young lass got told to bring her toothbrush to court if they had any more cases in front of a judge.

This is the type of scumball "people" you are dealing with. They go to work day in day out to lie and cheat people out of their hard earned with no morals or scruples whatsoever. I hate them.

Imagine someone who hasn't got the internet mainly the elderly who will be no doubt terrified to get letters the scum send out. I can imagine some pensioners have gone hungry to feed those PPC scum.

Be sound in the knowledge that you are costing them money sending out all their crap in the post.

Their days are numbered as more and more people each day are getting wise and i still go out of my way to inform people about the scums tactics.

I nearly got a NPE ticket today(would have been my first so a little disappointed) and the 'employee' said I was "lucky" when I had gotten back to my car as he had not issued the 'ticket' but about to. I educated him! He said the law had changed Oct 1st....but when I said what I did(all my learning from this forum) he said "Well, I am just an employee"! Then another owner next to me returns to his car at this time to discover his 'ticket' and so began to remonstrate with this "employee" of NPE(Nationwide Parking Enforcement Ltd) so I gave him one of pepipoo's windscreen flyers and having quickly read it he eyes were opened! He was youngish and very likely has internet so I feel good in passing on what I have learned and saved a possible victim from the scam scum who are NPE! :)

NB: I would never ever park on a car park on private land when doing so would or could lose the proprieter custom. In the above incident the car park was virtually empty and I was there for less than 10 minutes. The scam fake ticket of NPE has a charge of £50. Diabolical, extortionate and illegal. Are you reading this National Parking Enforcement Ltd? Bet you will ;)

Even the name "National Parking Enforcement Ltd." is designed to fool people into thinking it's some sort of official body or agency.

That one word tells us what they really are doing....deception by mimicry(of true penalty tickets) and by threats. I have never liked bullies. But bullies are invariably weak and cowardly. Nationwide Parking Deception Ltd would be more apt.
