Guys,on the back of the above,i have now received another letter off these maggots,headed NOTICE OF INTENDED LITIGATION,threatening county court proceedings,should i still sit it out??

Seriously if any company, even a poxy little PPC company, were intending to take anyone to court, why are some people so scared of the word court i don't know, why would they seriously spend all the admin money on sending out threatening letters?
If they thought they could win they would send you one NBA and then stake a claim.
They don't do that because they KNOW they will lose. That is why their whole business model is based upon scare tactics and going for the uninformed who know no better and unfortunately a lot of those people pay the scumbags.0 -
