I sent my form and receipt off well over a month ago and haven't heard anything more. Very disappointing. Atm I don't have time to spend ages on hold... I will wait and see if anyone else gets a good result from ringing them. :)

For anyone still interested in getting Herbal Essences on a good deal. Asda are currently selling 2 large bottles for £2.50 - when one bottle costs £2.98.
No brainer really, even if you don't want the haircut!
    I got 2 shampoo + 2 conditioner for £5 saving £6.92.

They do have the special bottles but as some members have given a link straight to the application form there is no need to buy the flashed bottles as you bypass the bit where the site asks for the 10 digit code. :j
  • I work at a supermarket and when I put the café shopping through they have to reprint the receipt, don't see any reason why they wouldn't do it for the general public as well :-)
  • you may find they are claiming to have "emailed" you when they actually havent.

    to get results... customer services:
    0800 181184 (don't press 2, just hold)
2 is a recorded message telling you to use the 0870 number (they must have had a lot of complaints to put a special message)

call tlc head office in london:

I sent off over a month ago and also haven't heard anything. I just rang the head office london number quoted by bubbles2007 above... the phone was answered immediately by a young woman, I explained that I had sent off for the promotion about 4 weeks ago and not heard anything, she asked my name and when I told her what it was she said 'Oh, I recognise your name...' and then said she would email another team who would call me back, probably tomorrow. She knew my telephone number and everything from just my name. Super efficient or a bit of a fob off... I'm not sure.

Wonder if they'll call...? Disappointing if not.

I had completely given up on/forgotten about this promotion when I got a call from them today. Apparently, they've had trouble finding enough salons to take part, but they've now found somewhere near me and I should get an appointment in August or September. She said someone would ring back in 5-7 days with the details.

It's very odd, as you had to choose where you wanted your haircut from a list of towns that didn't include everywhere in the UK - so why would they put towns on the list if they didn't have salons there willing to take part?

I didn't say anything to the woman on the phone, though, as I felt sorry for her!

    Will keep you all updated...
  • I still haven't heard anything, gutted really

It took 7 weeks for my 1st voucher to arrive - it was for my daughter and they had sent it to her for a gents' hairdressers! Her name is Melissa which doesn't souind very male, lol, - and no, its not one of those gents place that do women as well.
Anyway I phoned, and left a message and they phoned me back quite quickly which was good. But they can't find any trace of my own application :( although they have promised to sort out the problem with my daughters'.
    Still hoping.....
    Stop looking for answers....
The most you can hope for are clues.....:)
  • Hi everyone

This is my first post, so sorry if I do anything wrong!

I sent off an application for my Herbal Essences free haircut voucher about 2 months ago, and still haven't heard anything. Being a budding MoneySavingExpert, I didn't want to ring the premium rate phone number listed on the website (0870 3653695) so I did a bit of hunting around the TLC Marketing website. I found the freephone 0800181184 number mentioned in previous posts, but also managed to get given a landline number for customer services. I haven't got through yet (though they don't put you on hold) and the number is 01792 645800 ext. 3305.

I hope some of you with missing vouchers manage to track them down this way!

Please do let me know if you have any luck.
