MSE is frequented by many Tesco loophole jumpers and should this be the case then I'm sure it would have been mentioned before. Would have enabled R&Rers and now DTDers a golden every time. If this is the case which supermarkets does it work in?
I know that a few years ago you could do a receipt reprint in somerfield stores.. not sure if thats still correct may have changed their systems.
Spar shops can also do it curently, however its unlikely that they would have the haircut bottles.
Next time i go sainsburys i'll ask for a reprint of my receipt and let you know if they can or not.October 2006 debt at 11,125.78

I finally managed to get thru to them..(after days of unsuccessful attempts,..amd listening to "all our operators are busy at the moment , please continue to hold").
they said that the voucher was sent on the 3rd April!!!! only goodness knows what happened to them. Helpful gentleman said he will check things out and get back to me.

I tried that but couldnt find one, anybody have an alternative number?0 -

Hi, I recieved my voucher last week however it had my phone number on instead of the salons so I had to ring an 0870 phone number to get the correct salon number (because they dont put an address for the salon on the voucher i couldnt look it up).
When I rang the salon they said they werent participating in the promotion so I had to ring the 0870 number again & was told to return my voucher for a new one.
My mum got hers this morning (different salon) & the same happened to her.
Maybe the free haircut isnt so free after all!!!! its cost me shampoo stamps & phone calls.
I usually go to my local college where a wash cut & finish is about £4 so this is turning out to be quite a costly "free" haircut.
Exactly the same thing happened to me- only I have now had to phone up 4 times now( Goodness knows how much it's cost me in premium rate calls ) -and despite them promising me that it would be posted straightaway -5 weeks later I am still waiting for the corrected voucher!- I wonder how many other people this so-called "mistake" has happened to?.It can't be coincidental ,I really think this is a scam and the company should be exposed, after all they are advertising these "free" haircuts on national Tv- and obviously can't honour them.If this has happened to anybody else would you please let me know because I intend to take this further.0 -
Mine turned up about a week ago, with the salon's phone number on it. I don't think home numbers being printed on the voucher instead of the salon's number is a scam - it's just a mistake. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

I've waited five weeks and no voucher, but today received this e-mail from Herbal Essences:-
"Thank you for your recent application to Herbal Essences for the Free Wash, Cut & Blowdry.
Unfortunately, at present we no promotional availability in the areas that you have requested, therefore we have passed your request along to our recruitment department who will endeavour to locate a suitable venue for you.
This process should take 3-4 weeks and I wanted to advise you that your voucher might take a little longer that the 21 days quoted to arrive.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and if you would like me to check any other areas for you, or, you have any further questions or queries please feel free to either email me back or call me on 0870-3653695."
Both areas I requested were on the website as having Salons covering the offer. Oh well, just have to keep waiting I guess. The same thing happened last year with the Zest free haircut offer - I never did receive a voucher.0
