Both areas I requested were on the website as having Salons covering the offer. Oh well, just have to keep waiting I guess. The same thing happened last year with the Zest free haircut offer - I never did receive a voucher.

I got the same email. I've been waiting over two months now. I sent it off before I got my hair cut 8 weeks ago and I was hoping it would arrive in time so I got my free haircut this time but I'm due to get it cut next weekend so I doubt it.

you may find they are claiming to have "emailed" you when they actually havent.

to get results... customer services:
0800 181184 (don't press 2, just hold)
2 is a recorded message telling you to use the 0870 number (they must have had a lot of complaints to put a special message)

call tlc head office in london:

If you call the 0800 number and they transfer you without notifying you that you are going through to the 0870 line, do you get charged 0800 rates or 0870 rates?

of course not, the connection of the original number you dialled remains the same. they will not transfer you though./
