Vendors should remove all their chattels - including rubbish - from the property on completion. End of. They're not entitled to dump their rubbish in someone else's property - why should they leave it for their purchasers?
There's nothing petty about a purchaser not wanting to take on someone else's crap.
Chattels? Speak plain English, are you his solicitor?
I didn't dump anything on anyone else's property, I left it on my property that has since changed hands. I left a few bits of rubbish, am I really supposed to take a pile of leaves with me to my new home? This geezer has stalked me for 3 weeks !!!!!!! I bet you would agree that he should travel to my house and dump it on my lawn.
I got rid of most of it the night before. It was no problem. The council estate drive I dumped it on deserved it. Chavs.
I saw them the next morning when I was on the way to work, they were fuming. I had a wry smile all day, my missus got the full works that night;) .Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

Some previous neighbours of mine moved in to find that the attic had been fully kitted out as an S&M chamber - the previous owners had forgotten to remove quite a few items - including a full gimp suit!!! For some unknown reason the gimp suit kept making guest appearances every time we had a BBQ!
