No shopping today either although I might return the Ogio Merlot for a refund as I was told by sa yesterday it was withdrawn for Health and Safety reasons and when I mentioned that I had heard there was glass in it he did not deny it. Will reprt back later what happens.

Sorry if I clogging up the thread with all my woes. I did have a long running thread in the Family section but closed it a few weeks ago as one of my family started snooping around here and they would not understand me taking advice from strangers. Having said that I have had a lot of help and support on here and on that thread. There is good in human nature if you look for it.

Hello, I think some T shops have talked a lot of nonsense to try to explain removal of the merlot bottles at 9.99. Some were told the truth - this was a pricing error. If you type tesco procust recall into your search bar it brings up only one product - packs of 10 beer which have glass shards. Wine is fine:) But any questions freecall the customer care number.

Brasserie Saint Omer as a precautionary measure are recalling codes of this botted beer up to and including the 30/11/13 because some bottles may contain small pieces of glass.
No other codes of this beer or other bottled beers on sale in Tesco are affected by this issue and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
What you should do:

Customers should not consume this product and return to store for a full refund

As you say, this is down to how you feel yourself. Personally, in a case like this where a known glitch has unfortunately stopped working before I've noticed, I would just take the hit on the basis that I get enough out of the glitches as it is ! I would only return items where the APG system has clearly pulled a fast one and said they don't stock something when they clearly do.

Also, a point which I feel should ALWAYS be given more
consideration is .. can you afford to take the loss if a glitch doesn't work ? I know that the harder up you are, the more attractive some of these great bargains look .. but peeps really should give more thought to it before they invest money they can't afford to lose if it goes wrong. I'm not saying don't do it, just think about it a bit cos some of these glitches are on things which are hard to return if it goes wrong. Its a bit like the stock market - never wise to invest cash you can't afford to lose.

Just my thoughts.

Hi, a voucher is on the printable vouchers thread. Download vouchers and it is free for as many as you can use! One per shop, but many people are managing many more. Coupon valid until end of December.:)
