  • Afternoon all :)

I also got caught with a couple of the fingers yesterday not comparing. Won't be returning them though and will suck it up as its the chance you take I think. Have had more than enough goodies over the past few months which has saved me an absolute fortune so tbh it's only a couple of tins of biscuits (which we will either eat or give out). Once again massive thanks to everyone :T

Right off to catch up - hot coffee beside me as it's blinking freezing out there!

PS - missing all the pics of the pets and food, where is everyone? :(

I love fireworks and am always envious if your bonfire societies :)

A tip for people with pets that are nervous of fireworks - get the computer going and load up some displays on you tube. Play them randomly through the year and behave completely normally whilst all the racket is going on. Pets then become accustomed to the noise and don't stress so much on BF night/weekend

Great idea :D my 3 just bark at them but my old dog used to be terrified :(

  • For anybody that likes Lucozade and is doing a T -v- S shop, this might be useful.

    Lucozade Energy Orange (6x380ml)

2.00 in Tesco.. and 3.70 in Sains. (3.00 in A if you prefer)
  • Well I went to 2 different T's with great intentions of getting sparklers, wasn't 'til I got home I realised what I hadn't got...
Got too distracted by the free mini rolls with the 50p coupon on them. Lovely SA was more than happy to put them through one at a time for me, think she thought I was a bit daft at first, but soon cottoned on :rotfl:
Didn't want to push my luck so just got 5

Might get another couple when I go back for the sparklers though :)

  • For everyone saying the 3 for £10 is not showing or only a few things are, they are still on A.com. Plus I've just checked on msm and yesterday there was 28 items showing for me, today there is 29

Right I am up and have done all the stuff I need to in town so I am heading home and preparing to settle in for a very long and loud evening!

Unfortunately my little town in Sussex takes bonfire night very seriously and with 5 different bonfire societies who carry on regardless of weather it is going to be very noisy!

Luckily my 3 cats and the dog a very blas! about it, so long as they are inside it doesn't bother them at all.

    X

I will be there later, they go wild and throw bangers around. Not great for kids, animals or deal shopping as the whole place comes to a stand still.

    Morning folks,

Better go on the quiz today after some really low scores. Bright but cold in Herts and DS2 gone back to uni:(

Is the wine still glitching at T's? (3 for £12 + 25% off) I know the 25% is showing on the T wine web page and the 3 for £12s are still on .com.

It'll soon be the Xmas holidays and we'll all have them home:T:T
