    I didn't seem to have a 'thanks' button at the end of the last thread so please, consider yourselves as having been thanked!!

    Got S&G yesterday on my APG, came up at £1, with 20p comparison, so it seems it hadn't gone up in Fbr. That was a good one while it lasted. Thank you As :)

    Had to smile at Enterprise's comment re the lack of wombles in our area! The only time I really find any are Sunday afternoons! That is except yesterday, when there were a fair few which were near the bin on the way to PCW - but there were management standing there chatting! :( Typical!

    So my shopping trips update from this morning.

    First one was A. v T
    Don't buy a pumpkin (£1.50 thinking it compare to T or be N/A). Cheeky A have compared it as £3 but T are selling them 2 for £3..:eek:
    Don't buy S&G deos as they now show as N/A
    Don't buy cheese hoping it may still compare as £1.
    Don't buy 3 boxes of Dr Oetker ready to roll icing 1kg box at £3 each, hoping it will compare as £2.19 in T then on a 3 for 2 (i hoped for a £9 comparison against £4.38)

    Do buy/peel off the labels on £1 bags of rocket - it gives you 50p off any Apetina 200g feta, currently at £1.38
    Do get a few free cans of reloaded. ;)

    And finally, if you have a stroppy SA who scrutinises every single one of your coupons, doesn't want to put them through and is such a grumpy trout, feel free to tell him to "buck up his ideas because he chooses to be in a customer facing role."... If all that fails, go and report him to a manager for being such a poor representation of A staff :eek: :rotfl:

    I normally keep my head below the parapet but they way i was treated made my blood boil....

    On an even funnier note, the SA thought i was asking for a job in CS so mumbled something about going onto a.com/jobs...., no buddy, I was trying to teach YOU about CS :rotfl::rotfl:

  • Thanks for trying the icing Tiger - that was my intention later on tonight with flour and baking stuff in Sada. I was hoping it was going to compare too. Ah well looks like I'll have to stock up at Mr Ts then. I go through so much flour as bake almost every day, bread, muffins, cookies etc but also bake en masse for my sister's charity events too. Thinking I should really be making myself windmill out the back ..... :rotfl:
