Good shopping day for me overall. Good shop in A's after coupons it's cost me £1.43 for over £45 worth :cool: (no probs with coupon acceptance either :T)

A bit gutted after going in my local A's and seeing lots of RTC SEL's with empty spaces. Normally I'm down there every other day atleast but I haven't been going down much recently so have missed it all, boo hoo! They've cleared the halloween stock and made way for xmas stock though :T but although they have the gold fingers tin, no trigger product But it spurred me on to venture further afield and I included a couple of T's Express on my way and picked up 24 boxes of Finish tabs!! :j:T:j And I paid mainly with PP's :cool:

Picked up another 4 winning Maltesers on my Supermarket tour :cool:

Mr S I found 1 lone Jubilee caddy of Mini cheddars, scanned at 50p :T

Brought fish and chips home for tea :T

Couple of I need a cheap kettle for my Uncle who is a skin flint in the extreme!! Found an SEL for one for £7 in T's but no stock

My phone bust completely, took my Mum's spare so she could text me to say what my Sister wanted bringing back from the chippy and the battery died so I asked a really lovely couple outside the chippy if I could borrow their phone for 2 secs!! :o:o:o:o I was so embarassed, I didn't know what to do and it was so late I didn't know if they'd already eaten! But they were very kind

Put a small amount of fuel in my car in Mr S (only a small amount as waiting for a promo ) I was running low but the fuel light still hadn't come on when I put the fuel in. Drove off and the gauge didn't move. I thought ok, maybe a bit of time for it to register (though normally it's instantaneous) but after driving maybe 3 miles from Mr S into town and coming so far back, the fuel light comes on :eek::mad: So I stopped on my way back (fish and chips going cold ) and asked if they've had any problems with that pump (this has never happened to me before so I didn't know what to do!) said no. Manager not available so have taken my details and will contact me tomorrow.
