  • Hmmmm. This is today showing on Tesco as N/A. Why could they not have done that yesterday? I'll be keeping a close eye on this.. as Asda has never had it on so high.. if you look at the history of its price over a year.

Changing the subject totally: BORING STORY ALERT
You lot are NOT going to believe this. I just had a phone call at work (some may remember I'm temping). It was from a foreign sounding woman asking if I had the number for our German office. I asked her if there was just one German office, and she laughed at me. She said, "you should know!" I let her finish her immature laughing and I told her that I was a temp and it was my first day. That put a stop to her sniggering. My first phone call of the day and its a fisherwoman. Anyway, I told her to hold on while I do a google search for it. She told me she'd already done a google search for it and had had no luck. Well, low and behold. I put NAME OF COMPANY tel into a google search and the phone number came up! She was very impressed. But thick.

Thank you for all the hugs today.. and in return, I'd like to send out huge hugs to all that need them and those that don't.

Just seen these are only £1.99 in Waitrose, does voucher scan for extra money off your shopping, anyone tried this putting a few through at once?

Anyone done an APG comparing against Waitrose. 10 @ £2.98 comparing at £1.99 would give voucher back of £9.90 plus 10%.

the voucher is worded in a way that indicates its one per transaction....some of my As wont take non-personalised mocs (ie not safe coupons)....but I tried a different A yesterday and posted results... only bought 3 in one transaction as that was all they had...but all compared at 1.99 at W :D
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

Ohhh I always read debsjc's weight loss results with envy! Lots of amazing success stories about SW we've had on here in the past year :T:T

I need to revamp my whole attitude to food, that's the problem. I never eat meals, I just eat carp all day long! I need to get myself into eating meals and routine but I just can't find the motivation :( I only need to lose about half a stone but I just feel so FAT at the moment, I can't face my weight going up anymore! :( Pepsi Max is my downfall, I'm so addicted to it, I feel horrendous without drinking it

I'm such a booger though, I can't ever stick to diets :o I always think, ahh what the heck, one biscuit won't hurt....and then the pack's gone!:o:o:o:o

You sound just like me. ;) Except I do eat meals and carp all day long. It was really hard giving up the pepsi/coke, had a bad headache for couple of days and had to up my intake of black tea to counteract the lack of caffeine. But food I have no motivation to cut down on yet...

I did terribly last week as got a couple packs of the bakery shortbreads whoopsied in As and don't think anyone else had any, I snacked on them all day, everyday for a few days. :o Over 50 biscuits all together. :( I have about 2 stone to lose to feel comfortable again and I know it can be done as I said Debsjc did it. That reminds me she should be back from her hols by now I think.

Hiya fudge cake - nice to see you posting. Hope you are ok?
A bottle of Sandersons will do the trick. A yellow cough like syrup that you gargle with 3 times a day and swallow twice a day. Looks like cat pee and tastes horrid but is amazing fr a sore throat/losing your voice etc

    I couldn't find that :(
The thing that gave relief for as long as I sucked them are these

Gone through around 20 packs  I think my teeth will be falling out soon :rotfl:
  • Regarding the WW meals. I've still to find one of these blighters in any of the Asda's I've been to. I saw a huge 24 hour one this morning on the way to work and will try to go after work, if I can figure out where the entrance is before people start beeping the hell at me.

I will say this though.. there are lots of yoghurts around.. and the other day.. I found some weight watcher's yogurts reduced to 50p. Well, I got them free, because the coupon was for 50p off! and from memory, I think they're always on whoopsies.. I can't point anybody in the direction of said coupon because a friend sent it to me by pm.
  • Spiralling- I dropped something thru your letterbox this morning love- hope you got it. Hope you ok :):)

I got it, thank you so much you're an :A.
Will have to make a trip to Toscos either later tonight or tomorrow if I feel a bit better. Might try to use as many MOCs as possible to bring my total down, now how much loo roll can I get with my £18 MOCs?:rotfl:

I need to see what other MOCs I have first and maybe have a wee sleep. My mum is doing dinner for DS so just waiting for her to pick us up.

Folders are the future :D I bought a 3 pack in T or S, size A5. Orange for S, Green for A and blue for T. And then an a4 for generic coupons.. makes it soooo much easier

Mine is a shade of grey. :D

A5 from Ts last year for pennies and the plastic wallets were 10p too. :)

I wonder how many men on the thread have their own "coupon folder" of is it just the Elite women. ;)

    I am rubbish!!

I found two Disney DVDs with BOGOF stickers on them so thought I'd try my luck with my first ever intentional DTD. Took them to the til with two other bits I'd gone in for and the SA asked if I realised I'd picked up two identical DVDs. It completely threw me so I said 'Yes, they're BOGOF' which they obviously weren't and she noticed so she sent me to CS to get them put through manually!!! Am kicking myself!

Thank you to (I think) FloFlo for pointing it out though, if I hadn't been so rubbish it would have been a nice couple of Xmas pressies sorted!
Your DTD story made me laugh - sorry :rotfl: xx

  • The cleaner is here. She need not bother. Nobody's been here. There is hardly anybody here. I don't even know the names of the people that ARE here. Can't wait to go home. ..well, Asda's first, then home.
