Thanks, I will, something I always say to my kids is, if people say something out of place or upsetting its because they want a reaction, if you don't give them that reaction you win! ;)

Plus like someone else mentioned I would not even consider taking them on normal roads to start with without dual controls

You can hire cars with dual controls ;):D

Hello, The vinnies chocolate box is missing from the APG as it is missing from the totals, they have not rung it up and have charged you 14.00 for two boxes rather than 10.00 for 3! Canyou complain you have been overcharged 4.00? How would this impact on your APG??

No , they certainly haven't overcharged me ! My receipt clearly lists everything that I bought including the tin of biscuits (£6) and 2 boxes of Chocolates (£7 each). I paid £20 for the 3 for these 3 items on the receipt list - and the £10 multibuy came off at the end. My first receipt total was £50.49 and this reduced to £40.49 after the £10 multibuy deduction. The only other items that didn't show on the APG listing were 2 newspapers and a reduced pack of cakes. The APG has compared both boxes of chocolates at full price before the deduction.

I'v just done a very similar shop again (the Terrys will perhaps cause problems as I accidentally picked up the milk instead of dark) including the same biscuits and I will let you know what happens later today. The APG system is currently down for me though - anyone else having trouble?

    Morning (just) everyone,

I think you missed this bit :-

The chocolates were both bought as part of the 3 for £10 deal - the 3rd item in the deal was a tin of Foxes 'Vinnie Biscuits/limited edition' in a purple tin - these show on my receipt at £6 but they are completely missing on the APG list !

could this be a "trigger" ? making things go glitchy perhaps?

It seems to me the 3 items compaired at full price!

Exactly ! I've just bought the biscuits again as part of the multibuy so will let you know this afternoon what happens.

OP says it shows on receipt as £6

They have not been overcharged, but APG thinks they have paid more than they did ;)

Is the reason the chocs went through at full price on apg (rather than 3f£10 price) because the Fox's were missing so apg thinks you only bought 2 rather than 3?

    It's only a game
