thanks IamBroke, what kind of problems did you have? Was it with crediting your card etc?
well I decided to return my items to a store as they were a bit heavy for PO and wasnt at home for courier returns. I called CS and they said it was fine, gave me a ref number but the store told me no way and to basically get lost!! very rude
i then went back the next day after speaking to CS again, the guy gave me a refund after 45mins, took some points of my card for what i had returned, accused me of trying to scam points  blah blah.
anyways finally got a refund, only to find that after 2 days, boots had taken ALL of my points back from the order I did despite me only returning 2 items.
they are rubbish on the phone and have not even bothered replying to an email i sent about 3 weeks ago.All men hear is blah, blah, blah, blah, SEX, blah, blah, blah, FOOD, blah, blah, blah, BEER:wall:0 -
Really quick question, can i buy phone credit with a boots voucher.
Tried to and cashier said no.
My local boots is rubbish - guess i will have to wait till i go into the city to spend my tenner and use the AC machine to c whats on offer. Thanks0 -
You have all had me rolling with your funny replies!
I couldn't believe my eyes when I got in the shop and saw everything was like 10p and 20p, it was like being in a beautiful dream :rotfl:
The shelves were loaded down with stuff and weirdly, it was quite civilized, no pushing or shoving etc which you would expect but I think it was because there was that much stuff, there was enough for everyone.
I felt a bit greedy with regards to the Sanctuary and Avene products as I love Sanctuary and had to have almost everything on the shelf and I have never tried Avene but I know its normally expensive so I got quite a bit of that also at 20p and 30p a go.
I am just sat here in the garden, gazing at it allwith a big smile on my face!
I had to tell someone as it was just so exciting, so I thought I would tell the people who would be most interested, my Boots buddies
