Come on then... let us know... I am ready with car keys in hand to whizz over to Pontefract!

On a slightly more serious note, I need some advise girls.

When returning to Boots from an online order, how do they credit you and take off your points. What I mean is this, when I placed an order I took advantage of Free Delivery, Extra Points etc and if I return something that will bring the order below the Free Delivery threshold do they adjust the refund accordingly. Also, if I return a Benefit Lip Plump (unused) which was bought as part of the 500 extra points and Free Make Up Bag - how do they work that one out?

Never returned from an online order before.... anyone know?

I had loads of problems when i tried returning an online order, so I do not totally know the procedure as it still has not been sorted out.

But they do not charge or adjust the refund for delivery. If you got free delivery then they will not charge you a delivery charge if you return items that go below the threshold.

Not sure if they will accept makeup back
All men hear is blah, blah, blah, blah, SEX, blah, blah, blah, FOOD, blah, blah, blah, BEER:wall:
  • The cheeky Bu@£$rs!!! Ive reported it to Ebay, though I bet bog all gets done!!

As predicted, Ebay werent interested!! I find it hard to believe that some of you lovely bootsers had your boots ebay auctions pulled, even though you had bought the goods and theyre yours to do with as you please, and yet this, person, selling a promotional voucher thats not even on promotion as yet, and sounds well dodgy, is getting away scott free, and to be charging £1.61 to post a piece of paper is ludicrous, never mind the 4% paypal charges thats against Ebay Rules (supposidly!!)

I havent got time to read thru all the other posts, so I apologise if this has already been posted, but on checking back on the Ebay listing of £5 boots Fragrance voucher that isnt even on promotion yet, which sounded stolen, and for the fact they were charging 4% ontop of the winning bid to cover paypal costs, against ebays rules and regulations, I have checked back and found that the auction has been pulled :T

Quite right too!! I didnt see why the seller should get away with tricks like that when the majority are hard working Sellers and abide by Ebays rules, and are not out to rip people off, only after earning a few extra quid to pay the bills and go bootsing!!:A
if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T

    Pickle number 3 arrived 24th december 2007 :A
