Got a bit of a shock in one of the smaller Boots stores the other day. Topped up my phone with £10.00 so should have recieved a voucher, saw s/a scan what i think was a voucher which she had at the side of the till and had been using on customers before me in the queue. She then closed the till and gave me only the top-up and reciept showing the voucher earn, I then asked her if I shouldnt get a voucher "oh it,s only a £2.00 bathing voucher" she said "can I have it then?" i asked "the tills closed now" says she "can you open it then and let me have the voucher please" a bit of tut-tutting and she opened the till and gave me my voucher. I cant get away with the cheek of it. I know from my own s/a days that if we had a lot of vouchers left hanging about at the end of a promo the manager would ask us to scan a few as the store does get credited, but we didnt keep them back from customers!

    What a nerve!

  • Hi Guys - so sorry to ask but what are the cheapest/free products people have been getting with the new vouchers (£2 off bathing)

Would be really grateful for a reply.

    THANK YOU!!XX
  • jaspalc - cheapest items are:
Mediterranean - Lemon Hand Cream (free with voucher) or Pistachio and Almond Soap (50p with voucher), or Sanctuary Body Spritz (£1.50 with voucher). Plenty of items in all the ranges for £2/£2.50 inc voucher
  • Just been to Boots in London Colney in Hertfordshire and for the first time ever they've got many items reduced. There are various items from gift sets to shaving gel to sun cream. There are some items by the bottom and top escalotors.:rotfl: :rotfl:

Thanks for that, I myself went to that store today & I was very shocked to see the reduced items, but was running short of time so didn't have time to have a look!!! (Guarantee I will be returning tomorrow evening, will let you know what I find !!!

I bought the blue box yesterday with points, under protest really as I wanted to use my £5 off voucher but it wouldn't scan :(

It also wouldn't scan on the burgundy bags so that was a bit depressing also!

I ended up buying a £6 No7 tan set and then as luck would have it, I found another £5 voucher on the No7 stand that someone had left!

I bought another tan set so am going to be looking nice and brown even if we get no sun :D

Are they giving out 5.00N7 vouchers again?

No, she was possibly referring to the one that came in the mailing a couple of weeks ago (that's the only current No7 one apart from the parenting vouchers). Wish they would though, sooo much better than boring bathing / opticians ones!
