Lensway rip off warning!!!!

My glasses haven't turned up, my e-mails are not replied to, and the customer care line runs heavy metal on a loop. HAVE THEY GONE BUST? OR ARE THEY JUST A RIP OFF? BEWARE!!!

The first pair i ordered took 5 weeks to arrive ! When they did, i realised i'd got the prescription wrong phoned, asked for a return label, told them my correct prescription.

I got the return label same day and new pair of glasses arrived a week later (can only assume speed is dependant on how busy they are, my first order was due to a promotion which i'm now guessing a lot of people took up)

Anyway, 2nd pair also weren't right so called, got return label, sent back those as well.. There was never any quibble or question and refunds came back pretty quick.

Based on a final 'no purchase' i'd have no hesitation in recommending someone try them

I was fine with them too, got one of their offer pair of specs which was perfect.

I say persist, they're not all rotten

I have used Lensway for the last couple of years and have never had a problem. In fact I have been happy to recommend them to many people.
