Open Avast, got to Maintenance > Support

Check (Tick) only Log files > Click on Generate now!

It'll retrieve the information and an information box will open with a link to a .zip file. Click on that link and a support folder will open with a .zip file in. email me that (Right click > send to > mail recipient) - I'll PM you my email address.

Don't worry about Malware. You just are low on RAM.

What happened to the Model Number? Once we have that, we can link you to the guide to fitting your new RAM.
