Best and worst companies for cashabck and why

Mobileshop may look the best bet compared to other companies but that is not saying much. I have only ever taken out contracts with them but when my last of mt contracts end next month I'm not going back. I'm also going to email mobileshop to tell them exactly why. I am pretty positive that most of their business these days is not from repeat customers who have had to put up up the delays and laughable excuses from them for nearly a year now. The fact I have got all my cashbacks from them so far is negated by the nagging doubts that their behaviour suggest they are in financial difficulties. They used to be the best without a shadow of a doubt until last and I am not going to take a risk on them this time.

I'm still waiting for my money from TMO. I submitted my bills in May, had an email confirming validity in June with payment to follow in a few days. That few days is turning into weeks! Glad I didn't go back to TMO for my new contracts.
