Had a pain the neck MS yesterday. Thought I'd be in and out in 15-20 minutes but was there over an hour, as there was only one member of staff in the shop so had to wait for service for ages. Needless to say, if I was a genuine customer, I'd have left after a few minutes :rolleyes:0
