Just been accepted for my 1st assignment - a restaurant. At least hubby can come with. Really quite excited.

It's with TNS - any experience as to what questions I might get on the brief or does it wildly differ from client to client?

its usually timings,general service,food temperatures etc,cleanliness of dining areas,toilets

enjoy ,i love the restaurant ones ! :beer:

Things I tend to forget.........

Names of shops either side of the venue

MS sometimes ask for the licensee's name, over the door when you enter

Most bizaare question to date - were all the employees wearing smart BLACK shoes :rolleyes:

how soon after signing up with Grassroots and Retail Eyes do you hear either way? i signed up with both on Thursday and haven't heard owt yet.

Last week, I completed the TNS questionnaire ( which took me hours! lol) and I haven't heard back yet. Can anyone tell me how long they normally take to reply?

Hey,

I got an email confirmation straight away with Retail Eyes, however I'm in the same boat as you with Grassroots...have received nothing from them. I resent the form yesterday just to make sure they had received it, but still nothing.
