I've got 3 schedules this week, though debating take on a forth, then none after that!

I'm on holiday from the 29th so chequed my holiday destination i.e. Dominican Republic and their one going there at a motorbike shop:rotfl: don't think I'll take that one on:o

They are drying up though! I applied to another company last week and today I have to contact a bank and do the scenario and report back to the company before they'll say whether they'll take me on!

I did my first mystery shop this weekend.... took ages perusing over the questionnaire, making sure I was fully prepared for meal and drinks.. to find a student bar that didn't serve food but did allow you to buy kebabs from next door and bring them in so you could still watch the footy!! OMG
Oh dear... It's quite a range of places you can get MSs for, some are nice, some are really posh, some are ok, and some are obviously not. :o

What makes me wonder is why don't they update their records? I mean, surely they must know whether a place will serve food or not...

Anyway, don't let this put you off, and good luck for the next assignment! :)
  • I'm already registered with 2 MS companies but its been a bit quiet recently so ive just registered with the one above - come on number 3!!

yeah, neither have I TBH, but this one has a deadline of tomorrow so I'll have to make the call today!

Though fri-fri I'll have had 7 MS this week so I'm sort of thinking maybe I'm registered with enough places at the moment!

PP, you sound like me - I'm forever forgetting to do this.

You can sometimes solve it by Googling the addresses either side (businesses can be out of date, but I find that I sometimes remember that I HAVE seen for example, a Chinese restaurant, if that comes up on Google.)

You can be honest and admit on the form you forgot - I have done this too. They don't need this info unless they suspect you have visited the wrong venue, IMHO.

Of course, as a last resort, you could always ring the place you shopped and ask how to find them - ask about the shops either side ;)
