I know what you mean - I'm pleased that the rude slow staff are getting found out! Made me late back to work though but my boss is a sweetie so I got away with it! My favourite is when they are really good though, it's nice to be recognised when you do a good job so it gives me a warm glow! :A0 -
Yes, and I LOVE it when you can give them a reward there and then, as with some circular rolls with a hole in the middle IYKWIM, and see their little faces light up! Had a VERY positive experience yesterday where a tiny girl was doing a brilliant job training a co-worker AND looking after customers - she was so happy to be given her reward!Ex board guide. I have never quite fathomed React out. They do not pay on a certain date in the month like other companies but seem to make payments more or less on a job by job basis. They seem to do this within a few days of passing our reports but I suspect that sometimes the report passing is delayed until the end of a round which then delays payment for some jobs more than others. They do always pay though and I have found them one of the better companies to work with.
If, in the end, you have to resort to contacting React about your money and you get an explanation for the mysteries of their payment system I would be interested to hear it!0
